Kävin tänä kesänä ensimmäistä kertaa katsomassa avoimia puutarhoja puutarhapäivänä (28. kesäkuuta). Ehdimme päivän aikana käydä Tuusulassa Rudus Formento kivipihanäyttelyssä, Koiramäen Pajutallissa (joka ei tosin kuulunut puutarhapäivään, mutta oli joka tapauksessa auki), Majamäessä ja Purorinteen puutarhassa sekä Sipoossa Sälgkullan puutarhassa. Mielenkiintoisin paikka oli Sälgkulla, jossa oli katseltavaa suuren inspiroivan puutarhan lisäksi pikkumuseoissa sekä käsityöpuodissa. Paikassa pidetään myös betonityökursseja. Betonisia koristeita löytyikin pitkin puutarhaa. En ottanut päivän aikana juurikaan valokuvia, vaan videokuvaa. 

 I went to see open gardens for the first time on Garden Day this year (June 28). I didn't take many photos, but filmed a video instead. The most interesting place was called Sälgkulla where the garden was full of concrete decorations.

How to Transfer Sketch onto Painting Surface

As I've mentioned before, I don't usually draw my sketches for paintings straight onto watercolor paper or canvas. I draw the sketch on a separate paper, where it's easier to erase and clean up the outlines and then transfer the finished sketch onto my painting surface. A lot of them work for blog posts, too. Some of them you can use as ideas for you art projects that you don't even post online. I divided the list into sections: general art video title ideas, art challenges, art tutorials, themed artworks and art series.
